
SO yesterday was the first day back on my mission to drop the weight again. I woke up feeling really good. I had prepared myself for this over the weekend. I added a weight tracker to the site. You can find it in the bottom right of the website here. This will be updated every week on Mondays. Below is what I had for the day to eat.
2 slim fast shakes (one for breakfast and one in the afternoon)
64 FL OZ of water (throughout the day)
Taco black bean on romaine lettuce with salsa for dinner
1 Quaker Apple Cinnamon rice cake
I'll be honest, I was satisfied for the day. I'm do what has worked for me before when i first lost 100lbs over a year ago. The all shakes in the early part of the day and a good correctly portioned dinner.

have you tried any stevia products like truvia? it's an all natural, CALORIE-FREE sweetener! one little truvia packet equals the sweetness of two teaspoons of sugar, but it doesn't affect your blood sugar or weight! i use for things like sliced apples baked with cinnamon, walnuts, and stevia, or coffee, baked goods, etc. the price may seem high at the store too, but there are actually a ton of packets in a little box of truvia, so it should last awhile. good luck!
