Everyone was born a genius, I only kept mine a few minutes

I can remember growing up how I always wanted to be a business man. Not so much famous. But something related to money & business. My father was a business man for the early part of my childhood. He owned his own TV Shop repair business. When the market got saturated and it cost more to fix then just replace a TV set my father had to close shop and move on. My father also owned his own restaurant this was even before I was born.

I've often wondered being the gadget guy that I am if my Dad could have continued the business if I would have been right there next to him. I believe I would have. I want to also brag for a moment,
"I would have been dam good too"

I never found my knack to form a business of my own. Lord knows how much I tried. I let the get rich quick schemes get to me. You know the ones that we've all seen when we got insomnia late at night.

Me and a few of my friend have always fooled with the idea of what if we could come up with one service that celebrities needed and used. A high priced item.

What if you had one product that you sold for a dollar at every home game @ the Big House.

Think about it.....

My problem is although I have been very successful with my past blogs, I never looked at it as a business. I think I missed the boat. I used to make $300-$400 a month selling advertising space on my past blogs. I was barely trying. I had a steady amount of visitors. Enough to make that kind of money.

Problem, I never put back into my blog. The one thing that I have always been good at is marketing. I should have went school for it and didn't. Today, I'm stuck behind a desk working tech support. Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my job. But I find it hard to make more money there and I haven't been advancing myself by going to school.

I wish could rewrite my book. Knowing what I know now and where I'd be, I definitely would have changed some things.

Shitty thing is I could continue to sit on my ass and do nothing but bitching

I could get off my fat ass and go get it.......
